Salary was not decent. When I joined Novotel for the first time my salary was good but when I rejoined my salary was reduced. When asked for reason they considered me as fresher, though I worked there previously without any remarks. There was a lotof politics.

It was my first job at NHA. First job is the best job always I Honestly say that the management really takes care of the employees. it's a Great place to work, The most important thing working in the company is the positive working environment within the company.if you follow Accor values wherever you are you will succeed in life. The work culture is great and Decent u can find lot of cultural Activities we celebrate festivals aswell its like a Home away from Home just join and fell it

I was very lucky to work in Novotel Hyderabad Airport, i have learned allot from there interms of my work knowledge and also what is life...what is hospitality, The Sop's that hotel maintains... so i love to work with Accor group of hotels any time!

The work ethic is great and HR makes sure employees perform their best. It's a broad culture and training under some best minds helped me get great inputs on how operations in the department work.

Dislikes

There is less/no stipend for industrial trainees. Although it's fair, I still think they should compensate some monetory benifit or the other.
