Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?
I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

...everything hotel now hotel in a India..group regulation regulations rules.. i...no salary. Which branch gachibowli branch no shamshabad airport now tell everyday shift and shift any time I am pics and drops pilots and IFC pilots 8 years sorry 18 years experience in airport authority and your hotel is most I think construction in a foundation builder name and not understand but I am see your foundation your hotel and with very good service world people came to your hotel and very likely and low cost only tariff your hotel room tariff 1800 I think rs 2000 hotel and hotel vivanta youselected I am driver.. can I cell number 836737 1138 thank you so much my job driver job immediately please call me sir MD sir and manager sir HR sir have a nice day today

My manager AFOM. Lots of politics and partiality for the staff in the department. Shouting for no reason,, never try to listen to what the employee wants to say. Always keep getting angry a and irritated. Hotel is good but only my department AFoM wasn't.

Dislikes

...wner driven, hence they behave as per owner's requirements and not as per Accor. Salaries are average, not much scope for salary growth until and unless you are well in tune with the owners. Job security also depends basis your relationship with the owners and not as per your caliber.

Salary good compare to other hotels in Kolkata.Industrial Trainees are getting rs.6k per month( incase ur absent salary will be deducted) .only 6 days off in a month including satuday sunday.it means one will get 6 days off out of 30/31 days. One can access breakfast / lunch/ dinnner from staff cafeteria free of cost.
