Very old but beautiful property, manifested with work culture which some people will like but not most of the people who have worked with 5stars properties. Management is all ears about your feedbacks, concerns is the best part.

Dislikes

If you are OK with old systems and management invest very little or No resources in development then it's a place for you. Salary: Salaries are not on time, the standard is 9th of every month which 99% crosses and reaches between 12th-15th of every month. Dont go there if you're paying any instalments or any debts. Management:Down the line staff is good but the management works with dual standards which is not healthy for you and overall company. Workload: One person has to perform equivalent to atleast 2 or sometimes 3 staff. Overall you're not looking at good mental health if you are a normal person like me. Insurance: Not there, company should look into this Accomodation: Depends on your negotiation, basically associates and team leaders are eligible with basic deduction Working days: one weekly off and Public holiday. Very basic nowadays 6 offs are standard of the industry

Employees are friendly, helpful and non judgemental. They help create a comfortable and healthy work environment especially for new joinees.

Dislikes

Salaries are comparatively lower and not much importance is given to work-life balance.

yeah i had a good experience with novotel resort.. it was a good time for me.. and novotel is a big resort in south goa near by colva beach and novotel is connected with ACCOR HOTELS..

Dislikes

from my point of view... everything is good from my side.. like.beacause that time i am a trainee so i just focus on my trainee so i i didn't feel anything that this is like or dislike for me.. so its good. 😊
