...rkari company where you would want to spend rest of your career till retirement. An excellent variable bonus policy. Excellent leave policy. And pretty awesome hike every year. You get everything before you ask for it. Recent change of making parental leave of 8 weeks has really won my heart.

Most of the development work is done by vendor.

Good about this company is its work life balance and no short timeline.

Dislikes

Rest everything is con. No career growth, no skill development, not so good compensation. Major reason is poor management. They are running their own nepotism world with removing existing North Indian and replacing it with strictly South Indian which is nowhere hamper diversity. Promotion are based on your dancing skills, and everything is government by one dictator vp.

...( though reduced with the increase in number of employees) is employee friendly. Salary hikes on higher side of the industry.

Every thing is on Managerial discretion. If your manager favours you, you will enjoy all the benefits, learning curve will be high.

Payroll and employee benefits are good, salary is good and work life balance and company culture is good

They have two types of hiring, one is internal or external, external employees have a risk of loosing job and ending the contract before the contract time period

They do offsites for employees and take them to good resorts and some time team dinner to 5 star resturant.

Dislikes

...ap you can not get new job as no other organization will wait for you this long. You will always need to be happy with lot of work where your work life balance will turn to 0 and with negligible year end salary hike. Also note, they have some hidded deductions from salary for transport and food which no recruiter will mention you before you join.
