If Good performance given Still company given Transfer to Chennai so they have Done mental harresment to his Employee. No job Security your job Life is 6 months or less . Big Politics play on upper level position. No value for Employee for hardworking & Sincere & Given good growth to in this Company. Cutting your Expense Every month in your Expenses. So company's Main goal select candidate & After 6 Month they have Give Transfer or pressure to Resign for Stop salary & Expensess. This is A fact.

Organisation has no Structure, Salary and Expense does not given on time, also local management take money from employee for activity but didn't return to employees. I was resigned from organisation as a BDM but I am not receive any working bag / inputs but they want input from me for FNF , no Structure in the organisation. Terminated field colleague without any intimation/ farther information Poor work culture in HO as well as local management. HR Poor , Local Management also Poor

They are following only one basic principle they hire best candidate from top MNC by providing best salary in pharma industries after 3 month they will create such pressure you have to leave the organization thats it.....
