Worst Worst Worst. Kisi ko 1 lakh bhi salary mile toh plz join mat karna.

As a former employee of this company, I cannot stress enough how toxic and deplorable the work environment is. Employees are treated like slav*s, with a complete lack of respect and manners in communication. The plant head, who holds the most senior position, is shockingly unprofessional and utterly lacking in work knowledge. Instead of making informed decisions, he simply follows the whims of a few sycophantic individuals, leading to an unhealthy and disheartening culture. Working in this company feels like being trapped in a nightmarish hell, where your talents and hard work go unnoticed, and you are constantly subjected to a demoralizing atmosphere. I strongly advise anyone considering employment here to think twice and look for a more supportive and respectful workplace elsewhere.
