The salary part and benefits are good. They will try to attract you with the salary but after that everything is down hill.

Dislikes

First, the amount of politics is huge. You will have a local compa y manager in india and/or a functional manager in Europe. That is the first level of conflicts. Then within the teams the level of frustration and the foolish ways I which the teams are structured is just out of the world. Lastly the organization has a habit of usi g pro action periods and their extensions as a method of intimidation . Overall not a health work culture.

Work Pressure is comparatively Less as compared other peer organizations. Work Life Balance is quite High and Compensation is Good.

Dislikes

The urgency in reaching the Deadline seems to be lacking with most of the projects and initiatives gets extended from the original plan.

Work life balance is good for most of the teams. Good perks like pat leave is 6month, relaxed leave policy.

Dislikes

No scope to learn something new or ground breaking. Pay is below industry standards. Every 2-3 years they keep changing the process or team structures.

Nothing much only salary is on time as per payroll calendar.

Dislikes

Late promotion cycles. Promotion and salary hikes are given to people closer to management. Favouritism to department managers play key role here in development

Work life balance is amazing, tech is good, salary is great, benefits are great, company culture is awesome. Lot of involvement with business stakeholders gives exposure

Dislikes

Opportunities for growth are less, if someone is pure techie, may get disappointed with the kind of work. Some days pressure is a lot, while most other days are quite breezy.
