Well let me introduce myself first, I am an accountant in this company and hold total 14 year of experience in industry and this is my fifth company. Now coming to things that i like about my company. *Culture: My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, Also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. *Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR Department. Many cultural events are oraganised by HR and celebrated properly by employees and contract workers. *Food: They have no canteen service. but, They provide food for night stay employees. * Infrastructure : Nice and huge buildings and all necessary equipment's, Machinery and well organised laboratories, warehouse, production, Admin and engineering area with employee safety arrangements. in built medical facilities and annual medical checkups. * Use of latest technology to ease work done. * And there are many such good things but these are major points.
