Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Highly unprofessional

Dislikes

Very abusive and unprofessional. They hire on less salaries and pay even lesser. Very disrespectful and inhumane. Have a master-slave approach. They will show people that they are doing great but the company is failing terribly. They have lost many good employees and the employee turnover ratio is pretty high
