HR team seems to be carried away and often seems working as founder’s office staff than being HRs. Identification of unique strengths of people and utilising them in the right direction is something that’s been hugely missed out.

Hire and fire policy, hardly any time to find your footing as an employee. Employees are treated like furniture that can be thrown out whenever management decides. Ruined the career of many employees due to the short tenure which is listed on the CVs

Nova Benefits has an excellent work culture and a very positive environment to work on. I started out as an Intern and have been converted to a full-timer. In the six months of being associated with the company, I've learnt a great deal. The amount of learnings one can have is immeasurable. One can don a lot of caps and earn immense insights from it. The work timings are quite flexible and the perks that are offered are great!

There are no genuine dislikes about the company, except for the fact that some days, one may need to stretch longer than usual

Nova runs on strong culture with the first principles of thinking in every decision made, this is a place to be if you are looking for a very structured and encouraging way to learn, grow and uplift your career. This is a place where it's truly employees first, all employees' feedback is taken very seriously and the team is very proactive in executing these suggestions. As an example, every employee is given 2 days off every 45 days to take care of their well-being. Nova is a place where you will always feel at home.

None to be in specific, given it's a startup you have to carry lot of enthusiasm to learn and go little beyond your comfort zone.
