SALARY PART NEED TO INCREASE AND ALSO INCENTIVES ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES. PROMOTION CRITERIA SHOULD BE UNIFORMS FOR EVERYONE WHO WORKS FOR THE COMPANY WHICH MISSED HERE TOTALLY.

This is South Indian Pharma Co., Excellent Work Culture, Cool House. Here no one use Rough Language, every one is Polite, Dedicated to his work. After Science Graduation with under age of 25 And only Fresher candidate start their Pharma Career with This.

Everything is good, But Growth in Salary every year is Very less in comparison with other, they revise Salary Structure every 4-5 Years I think. Note--- Data based on 2016

Company not focused on its marketing part. Salary structure pathetic They don't know the real work responsibility to whom to give they try to make ASM also a MR They need to come up with new strategies as per industry norm else they will be thrown out of the market

Its a company in which real medical representatives are build up ,with proper learing to deal with doctors and enhancing our knowledge always and giving tough campaigns programme to prove ourself to get recognise.

Dislikes

To be very frank,i want more money in terms of salary,because we are not getting any extra thing. There should be some co curricular activities....so that specially reps should get attract in terms of working and mind relaxtion....

Job security depends on person company do not compromiae dishonesty, work culture excellent, policies are best in the industry.

Dislikes

Top management is best but biasness by some manager in promoting people can make them pay the price. Rules are different for different people sometimes.
