There is no job security: The managers have been fired due to the introduction of automation process. Work culture: The HR will promise that you will get raise after a year, it’s been 1 year 6 mos and I am still following up. PF is a scam. You deal with rude customers everyday and there is no support from the HR team. You will work during weekends and still get 500 as incentive. You will never meet your target, the bar is set that high. Forget about appreciation from the higher management. Overall, its a blood sucking place where there is no security, money, skill, appreciation. Nothing.
