Indian office does not have the same perks as US office. In fact, the Indian company is actually a subsidiary of Notion as the parent company.

Best place to work n grow there are lots of opportunities to develop your skills n showcase them and it will be appreciated n rewarded as well. There is no politics i worked under the best manager hr is also very supportive. What you feel n say will be valued here.

There is no such disliking about the company only that there is only one week off n one cl for the month which is very less

The company doesn't support the employee during pandemic situation. They furlough the employee and don't call back you for rejoin the company. Worst company i have ever seen in my carrier. The HR Department have zero management.
