There's a big list of CONS!! 1) Even after you do everything for the company, your work will never be recognised and you will be always asked "KYA UKHADA HAI TUMNE" which is highly unprofessional and rude 2) Office politics is at peak here as founder only believes and listens to their old existing employees due to which they take advantage of this and can CHUGLI About you to the founder and he just listens to them and take action which is all feudal and you will feel demotivated 3) People are given high positions of directors, managers even when they don't deserve that position neither they don't have any sense to talk with other colleagues 4) This company just wants their profit and just doesn't care about their employees, therefore they should not be calling themselves as NEM FAMILY as this is all fake. 5) When they face any profit your name will never be called or appreciated but if anything goes wrong everyone just starts blaming each other and at the end the person who doesn't speak much will be accussed 6) Really sorry to say but the founders of this company doesn't know how a company works and if these things persists Nem will soon take a permanent leave from the market

Since I used to travel by metro, they themselves asked me to work from home and it’s been months now but they still prefer our security and not asking to join back. Still working from home.

basically, the work culture is not great there. People are not willing to take responsibility of the task. I have take everything on me. There are 2 people who is the one blamed for everything and every problem.
