... Pune, and they are totally confused about deciding what they want from interns. Salary is least and no chance for increment. They are totally unprofessional, and arbitrary behavior towards employees. They give you task then change requirements and then blame you for same. Don't waste your time, there interview will be super easy but thereafter everything go messy. The HR of the company will make you feel like she's the boss, and operating the entire company. Silly fellow.

...chings about new technologies but the teachers are only new with the technology. Salary is bare minimum and work is too much.

There is no certain company you are working in if you are working with notamedia. The person hiring you thinks you are slave of him. He's highly unprofessional and thinks he can control everyone. Every Intern/Employee is under-paid and over used. The culture is too much bad and you even work post working hours. Offer letters are not given on time and blame games goes on. Big projects are handled by interns and they are not even paid. There is just one HR and apart from that all others are intern working for different organizations. Sometimes he(manager) even denies to pay to his employees. Basically he's the consultant for companies, gets the projects, pays their interns very less and give them work like anything. Don't even care about anyone's personal life emergencies and there's no respect working inside this organization. Escalations and taking leaves in this company is a crime.
