I like the thorough pre-deployment trainings, secondments to other agencies creates exposure

There seems to be favour given to specific race, people when renewing deployment or placements. NRC needs to look deep into this if at all its not known.

It was at a time when Pakistan was rocked by a horrible earthquake in year 2005 killing about 88,000 people instantly, when I had a chance to work with this NGO as Project Assistant in the town Muzaffarabad in Kashmir. The NGO was very well organised with a disciplined staff who were well conversant with their aim and objectives. They paid their hired staff well and treated every member with respect. It was a matter of great pleasure working with them.

Dislikes

I really don’t remember any point which I found despicable or worth pointing out. However there is still a provision for formal training of new inductees.
