It was at a time when Pakistan was rocked by a horrible earthquake in year 2005 killing about 88,000 people instantly, when I had a chance to work with this NGO as Project Assistant in the town Muzaffarabad in Kashmir. I really don’t remember any point which I found despicable or worth pointing out. However there is still a provision for formal training of new inductees.

Work Details

The working environments were pleasant and healthy and gave job satisfaction. The senior staff were educative and experienced.
