...tes is a very toxic person for the team and tries to play politics within team.. Rest no complaints about anything as specific to the NT as it is very much employee centric company gives good pay, and you will have a work satisfaction and will really enjoy the work culture at NT😊

Nothing to dislike about the Northern Trust specifically but i had a bad luck that my manager Ganga was not very nice person not just to me but according to everyone's personal and professional experience with her was very bad.. As she seem a very toxic person to the team and i believe might become harmful for organization as well someday🥺

No proper perks or benefits for employees, they take 1-10 times of work than they offer the salary, and if your manager is of other state except Karnataka then his team will be full of people of his respective state, they don't care wether they know the process, knowledge etc..
