...tes is a very toxic person for the team and tries to play politics within team.. Rest no complaints about anything as specific to the NT as it is very much employee centric company gives good pay, and you will have a work satisfaction and will really enjoy the work culture at NT😊

Nothing to dislike about the Northern Trust specifically but i had a bad luck that my manager Ganga was not very nice person not just to me but according to everyone's personal and professional experience with her was very bad.. As she seem a very toxic person to the team and i believe might become harmful for organization as well someday🥺

...ce vendors and now they hired more vendors to replace you, isn't it funny 🤣. Salary component is not structured properly. So be very sure if you are joining. Fake promises like I was hired for 9-6 job but later joining they are saying we do have 9-6 job so I have to do rotational shift.

Pros - Big NO Cons - everything whatever you can think. Like no job security, pathetic appraisal review system, very unprofessional language by management like what the hell, what the f**** these are normal there. Finally I've got rid from this company and these jokers and saved my career from spoiling. I'm joining a company less than my current package but that's a relief.

No proper perks or benefits for employees, they take 1-10 times of work than they offer the salary, and if your manager is of other state except Karnataka then his team will be full of people of his respective state, they don't care wether they know the process, knowledge etc..

There is a lot of politics and favouritism are shown on the floor Pathetic work life balance as logout time is not fixed Managers doesn't have a floor manners and insults on floor infront of large audience Managers doesn't appreciate and always pressurized us. Depressing culture

Northern Trust is one of the best company to work with . The best part of NT is work culture , principles and ethics . You will definitely grow personally and professionally with this organisation .

Bonus policy. I had to resign in mid of Dec 14 and my last working day was on Jan 15. Technically I was eligible for bonus for year 2014 since I had worked from 1st Jan to Dec 31st . But since I had resigned in mid Dec I was not paid the bonus . This policy must be amended.
