Northern Trust office in Bangalore has become dominated by South Insians so much so that they are speaking in Kannada in teams meetings and people have audacity to say that “ If you are coningbhere to work, you should learn the language” in an offensive tone.

...t company to work for. They are considerate and their leave policy is also good. Small gestures like a new year bonus, internet reimbursements, make it a hassle free environment, from the perspectives of perks. They provide training to freshers to so that they can work well on floor.

Life at northern trust under wfh conditions could have been better. Considering work life balance is something that one does not enjoy. Considering the amount of work that Is being done, one must be compensated better. Extensive trainings needs to be provided to freshers, so that they can, perform better.

...rs and contract signs etc... Benefits ; Meal pass like 2200\- INR every month. Good part was there is no variable concept full fixed pay and every year will get bonus based on designation. If you are below Senior consultant level 15% above Senior consultant it's 25 % . If you really performed well surely they will give full amount. Weekly two days work from Office remaining three days work from home for Bangalore peoples.

Everything is cool about the policies and the way they treat the partners. Pay policy is also justifiable

Dislikes

Management: simply experience of 6 to 7 years will make you a team lead. No other qualifications required. Half of the management does not actually know what is the process all about and what we are working on.

the company's work is excellent. I started my corporate journey from this company. It provided me a great learning experience.

Dislikes

Compensation and overall benefits could be better. Sometimes the work pressure is high and very demanding and this gets ignored during the time of appraisal.
