...ver ends. There's no work life balance and I'm exhausted after 12 hours of work. Pay is too less for freshers. Poor quality and training and then they expect you to be perfect while working.

Experience will be taken as key parameter for promotions and bonus, but not your efforts you kept for automation or error free work, financial benefits are not satisfied when compared with industry and covid related things are not at all satisfactory.

...oards, furniture etc so that employees can be efficient while working from home. They has also provided bonus as a part of job satisfaction and motivation to their employees during this pandemic. This has helped a lot to keep up with the learning process and achieve greater!

Work environment is good and facilities provided by company to partners are excellent. Northern Trust basically is a good company

The firm is good whereas the team which i work for have different set of mind (Manager) where the compensation and growth are always underrated how much ever we contribute the return of appreciation and rewards are zero and the attriation level in the team is high but they are least bothered of retaining the tenure partners.Relative to training on the process is zero. If the partners have ease to learn then they have to learn by themselves.Their is no value for the individual partners.
