...rs and contract signs etc... Benefits ; Meal pass like 2200\- INR every month. Good part was there is no variable concept full fixed pay and every year will get bonus based on designation. If you are below Senior consultant level 15% above Senior consultant it's 25 % . If you really performed well surely they will give full amount. Weekly two days work from Office remaining three days work from home for Bangalore peoples.

... who join from other organisation will only leave . Rest all kanada people stay. So racist company and the Dm, manager They will says you will get this amount of bonus which is again lie. Whatever they mentioned will get only 10 percentage of it.

Northern Trust office in Bangalore has become dominated by South Insians so much so that they are speaking in Kannada in teams meetings and people have audacity to say that “ If you are coningbhere to work, you should learn the language” in an offensive tone.

Job security, skills development, work culture, career options, brand value are plus points of the company. I had a wonderful time working with the company!!

Salary is the biggest negative part. It is not even par with the industry standards.
