If you are below Senior consultant level 15% above Senior consultant it's 25 % . If you really performed well surely they will give full amount. Weekly two days work from Office remaining three days work from home for Bangalore peoples.

Should absolutely work on their compensation strategy, while correcting employee's salary they do not consider the people with more experience and equal the salary of the less experienced worker.

Even after having worked with Northern Operating systems for 7 years, Northern trust Australia doesn't recognise and hire there Ex-employees
