Company atmosphere is good. Everyone focused about their work. Many opportunities here to grown up and make a good respect in corporate.

I think there is only negative point here which was laziness of people but follow up of company is good

Conservative people are flooded everywhere. As it portrays like mnc work culture but the truth is people are not happy and can be open here. Vertical hierarchy of decisions and difference of opinion. Stealing office supplies and blaming others. Lethargic behaviour of co workers and no proper senior directors for the team as it’s not even a known well company but still they open branches and waste investors money. Conventional and conservatism plays a major role in this company. Caste and religion are also plays an important role where people treat you based on your caste and religion . You’re not allowed to share your opinion and if you do you may be marked in the eyes of senior staffs where they will purposely insult you for everything . So I personally require no one to join the company unless you qualify for what i said above.

As a fast pace world, youngsters are very ambitious so they may find the appraisal and growth process slow.
