I've had the opportunity to handle end-to-end HR Processes, and the management's support has been crucial in every step. the flexible working hours, with a start time from 8:30 am and last in-time at 10:30 am, accommodate different lifestyles perfectly. Plus, the prime location makes it convenient to access all necessary facilities and transportation. Nordem truly priorities its employees' well-being.

The company possess a great environment to work in, learning sessions are held every week, and culture is building like any other IT company in Jaipur. The best part is that management is approachable to everyone, and any concern raised is listened to and acted upon. get 1 cl and 1.5 EL every month like 2.5 leaves a month no other company gives the same.
