it was a wonderful experience working with the different mentally people from different countries, salary was good and incentive was attractive ,that was the great platform to learn n improve our skills

Dislikes

there was no increment in salary and no growth which I don't like everyone has right to grow in life

...customer satisfaction and in return provides job satisfaction for the employees. Even the facilities provided by the bank for the families of the employees with very good salary package with excellent incentive is highly appreciated.

As of now there is nothing that i dislike about working with Noor Bank.

I like people who were there working very hard even though they were under paid compare to market and because of IT, apps & systems, operationally not feasible because maximum staff were outsourced, very less permanent staff and then merger. Due COVID19 me & my team worked from home. Anyway, Noor Bank is now no more exist because it has been merged with DIB. And I face all this hardship but ended up successfully without any gaps and flow in my treasury operations work as I am carrying my previous experience which I utilized there.

I dislike their operational policy which creates difficulties in people's life, it was not much business friendly.

Ha ha ha what are you asking for support they throw out me and more then 975 employe in single day they are not support of cancer patient also

the place is filled with people who wont leave that job cause they can ask for money at every step of work you want to get done over there

Dislikes

i really hope they change their entire sales, credit and ops staff from top to bottom and black list everyone in there. it was a beautiful place to work before but post 2015 something has changed everyone, making them act like wanting bribe (financial and non financial) at every step of work you want to get done. or else your business will suffer and ultimately you will loose job due to non performance.
