Like any other start up there is a lot to learn, that's the only pro.

Dislikes

...labors and managers throwing employees under the bus in the name of brotherhood. Smudge and arrogant leaders across departments and the HR dept will act and respond differently (based on how much your package is). People working in UAE think themselves way superior to people working in India (having a coding background doesn't make you a good employee let alone a good human and having a good package doesn't guarantee having a personality either).

Likes

...oblems until you generate personal issues with your manager. Team is supportive. Salary Credit date is fixed and no need to hussle for it, you will get it in time. Overall good if you are happy with your in-hand and want to take a break for personal life.

Dislikes

No Perks at all (Until you are in UAE,KSA or Egypt), You won't get a single penny apart from your salary. Until you are from IT or Marketing Team. Promotion cycle has been changed from 6 months to Annually.

Likes

Open culture (depends on the team you are in), work life balance is very good, young colleagues, overall start up culture

Dislikes

Holidays are less when compared to other companies, there is no variable pay at all.

Likes

Team mates have been very helpful and encouraging throughout. There has been rapid learning in the first few months. Work environment is very friendly and informal. Job security is guaranteed as long as you are performing well. They give 3 months warning to improve performance. There are hardly any politics.

Dislikes

... from home to handle the pressure. Weekdays are stretched to complete the tasks. No over time or compensation offs for the same. No time for personal or family life.

Likes

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
