Culture is poor, massive layoffs every year, poor product development, no roadmap, sucking leadership, they only don’t know how to lead and what’s happening in the company. Toxic management

Noodle has got a pretty cool atmosphere for work. The employees are pretty awesome at work and can approach anyone for any kind of help. There is a flattened hierarchy so you can approach any CXOs anytime for any kind of help you require.

Dislikes

The innovation at work should be encouraged more other than that there are no such cons actually.
