Work Life balance is quite good.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Pay is low. Company culture is very poor. Works more like a Govt organization. Undeserving employees are promoted or paid just because their onshore bosses have strong connections with the board.

10 rs lunch of cheap quality which u can digest if u have got strong digestive system or u can build it over the period

Dislikes

Compensation is very less in comparison to other IBanks and once u r in hike is not more then 10 percent and max is 14% during promotion so it's better to ask more while joining else don't join work from home is not allowed and there's lot of politics no one should join Ibank for job security actually
