NOMAC is good company comparative management also local management appreciate with workers i like it nomac due to giving salary in time during cov19.

Dislikes

compensation is decent,the work pressure is high.i have to attend client calls in the evening also night time and friday, saturday our rest that time put our name on call duty without any benefit this is not good.there is no on-job training any fresher course.

Super weak and poor management, wrong/below average people for the critical positions with extremely handsome packages. No vision , no forecasting, no employee well-being, no career growth & development. Purely a " WASTA" company with no moral or any work ethics at all. Employee's exploitation and discrimination at its peak. Highly not recommeneded !!!!

NOMAC IS GOOD ORGANISATION, AS FAR AS NOMAC KSA IS CONSIDER, I ADVICE NOT TO JOIN NOMAC KSA ANY PROJECT, BECAUSE THEY ARE FOCUSING ON LOCALIZATION, IF SOME BODY ALLREADY WORKING, DONT JOIN KSA PLANT.YOU CAN JOIN NOMAC DUBAI OR OTHER PLANT.

I like it team work ,trainings safety and technical related,good work environment same like brothers dealing

Dislikes

i like it with NOMAC working now is going on good achievements.some time in case emergency management forced working hour more than 16 to 20 hour.this action taken only from local management side.
