compensation is decent,the work pressure is high.i have to attend client calls in the evening also night time and friday, saturday our rest that time put our name on call duty without any benefit this is not good.there is no on-job training any fresher course.

No vision , no forecasting, no employee well-being, no career growth & development. Purely a " WASTA" company with no moral or any work ethics at all. NOMAC IS GOOD ORGANISATION, AS FAR AS NOMAC KSA IS CONSIDER, I ADVICE NOT TO JOIN NOMAC KSA ANY PROJECT, BECAUSE THEY ARE FOCUSING ON LOCALIZATION, IF SOME BODY ALLREADY WORKING, DONT JOIN KSA PLANT.YOU CAN JOIN NOMAC DUBAI OR OTHER PLANT.
