What I do not like, when there is an issue the manager do not tell you he take action on you, he can do a lot of problems and no one will punish him but

Nice cafeteria, nice workplace, nice people to have fun , nice building, nice furnitures, nice atmosphere to work, Nice air conditioned, free cab, you can get friends easily, giff box for diwali and 1000 Rs amazon gift voucher per year.

Dislikes

...licy, need to work onluy in office even if its flood, heavy rains, cyclone, ext. leave requestes are not even possible, no salary hike, more salary deduction, no bonus

Appraisal and Hike is not good. Project in learning is not good based on my team. More process oriented.

1. Very very less pay compared to other IT product based companies 2. Tech stack is very old generally and most networking based work is there. 3. Not a good option to join if you are interested in web domain.

Good work life balance. Nokia offers flexi working options. Good paternity and maternity leave policy. Good place for a network engineer

Dislikes

Nokia is a failed company. Its shares price is continuously dropping which reflects in the appraisal and salary. Nokia has announced huge job cuts recently. Continuous mid management leadership change and reorg is causing volatile environment. It doesn't have attractive roles and opportunities compared to other software companies
