No Termination from Job, whether you work or not.

Dislikes

1) Pathetic Management 2) No career growth 3) No Salary growth 4) Importance is not given to your work, only important is buttering. 5) you are hired for something else and on ground job is assigned which you don't know. 6) If you satisfy Managers ego then you are in good books of Mgmt. 7) No support from Managers. 8) If something goes wrong then you are the culprit and no support from your Manager. 9) Feeling like you are the labour not employee rather say you are the machine not human being.

...s. >dependency on other employees which sometimes take many days to work done. >Salary is very less but work is more even on holidays. >No extra salary for overtime or work on holidays. >DRM is the hurdle between work, the hosting part is worst, they force to host the DRM. >No appreciation of work. >No work from home during covid. >no gifts to the IT employees like other IT companies. >They generally hire freshers only so less chances that you have a good knowledgeable senior of your field from which you can learn different things. > Working domain is unpredictable, sometimes you get work outside of your domain. >New work assign but no courses or learning content provided by the company, they only give work and if anything goes wrong then managers are ready to scold everytime. >There is no chill out zone where you can go and relax for 10-15 minutes (like cafeteria).

Two days off in a week and freedom of work.

Dislikes

Appraisal which is not good because the only one person is decided to the promotion of an employee even he did not know that person. No matter what comments are given by appraiser and reviewer. That is very very bad things.

Job security and work life balance. The cultural activities was superb.

Dislikes

The old peoples in the company have anchored themselves and they dont want new comers to grow. Less efficient with time and have their monopolistic approach.

The company is good and have the ability to go grow . The policies are good.

Dislikes

Policies are good but never implemented properly. All the growth and development is just on paper. Inter departmental issues. Non acceptance and support to the areas of improvement. Just a Quality award received and the things are over. Top Management very very egoistic no respect to lower management employees.
