1. They don't give time to freshers,after 1 month if a new joinee have 0 revenue then they put him/her on PIP . So In my point of view they give some to the freshers. 2. Higher authority doesn't listen about the situation of the employee.

Nothing is there to like.

Dislikes

No job security, without letting you the reason they deduct salary. They forced to resign even if you achive 50% of your target. Keep on increasing your target mine was 300 in 1st month and on 6th month 2000. Don't give FNF and receiving letter also. Harras you. No work life balance. Don't join this company they spoil your resume. HR and Management are so care less they don't belive in learning just want you use your own refrence or bribe the society from your pocket and do sale if you can't then you will receive a mail that your resignation is accepted even though you didn't applied.

There is no growth no stability. Just hire and fire. I would definitely not recommend any of my friends to join NBH ever. Moreover,this company is not only just hiring and firing but also spoiling the career of many. They just want their work to be done. There is no fix out time. Overloaded with work. Incentives criteria pathetic.

Pathetic company. Salary deduction is too much. No employee satisfaction and security. Just hire and fire company. Bad and worse decision of my life that i took a chance to become employee. Most of them most of them just leav in 3 4 months. Targets r unrealistic. Package is good but deduction is equally worst. Highly dissatisfied.

Incentive structure, Good salary provided also providing RNR for Target achievement, Outing with team. Early promotion if performed extraordinary.
