Six days working. No salary revision. No proper org structure. Not good for budding professionals. Most of the employees doesn’t even have degree but getting 50k salary. That much terrible it was.

Company nature and security was great. Management also very corporative.Policies was favourable for each and every employee. Transportation and other securities was good.

...in the company and I left only because of poor wage and no career opportunities. With in a month I moved to next level but still salary was very less . I found many individuals with less process knowledge in my higher levels . Please do consider people who have experience and knowledge in the process. And the politics inside was hectic. Sorry to mention . But if didn’t mentioned this it may be a useless thought in me . Thank you

Respect for employees, management is polite and helpful. Every necessary facility. HR support. Good faculty for training. Performance measurement. The best part is the courses Wipro offered for overall career growth from the best institutions.

...idate perform good/better, they give recognition and performance rating as well. So the salary growth depends on one's performance

...onsider you as a human. They will not approve leaves even if the person is sick. Salary is too low as per market. Forget hike, they'll offer you almost half of your past salary because they don't have budget. No growth potential. They'll deduct your salary for not completing talktime when the clients are not receiving calls. There are better companies with better culture and salary, there's no point of joining this company unless you're a fresher and you're not getting a job anywhere.
