Salary and Incentives are quite good as compared to the other companies in this domain but recently they have changed

Work life balance and Hire - Fire culture. However it depends on your manager to some extent but overall same situation. They don't give promotions even after good achievements. Terrible work processes and SOPs. It's a complete field job

Salary we receive on time other than this nothing is good in this company.

Job security is zero after once your work is done they will ask your leave the company. You don't have personal life here if your on leave still they will ask you to join meeting update reports they don't give dam if your driving, stop your car and attend the meeting. You have to visit late night after 7 or 8. They just care about sales team. On the name of appreciation they will give you a cirtificate. And sales is getting out of India tour I phone TV fridge ac. Getting leave is like getting a lottery in start on the month you cannot take leave bcoz it's a month starting and in month end you cannot take leave bcoz it's month end and middle of the month bohot kaam hota hai so you cannot take Leave and the manager and seniors persons can take leave any time. No skill development is here. If you go for interview this company's experience won't get count

Initially they gave a good hike in salary. And later on they started terminating those employees who have higher salary. This only implies to the employees at ground level. For managers, hike in salary doesn't result in burden for organisation. Such a creepy management.

Dislikes

There's is no discipline in the management. All immatured guys who dont have proper experience and skills are been appointed as seniors and they try to dominate others. Only seniors have their job security as they point out on juniors when they are not able to achieve the targets and they dismissed the juniors despite they themselves lack in their skills and not able to derive the conclusion. Worst management ever I have seen. They don't give proper reason while dismissing. They deliberately give out unusual target to dismiss someone whom they dont want in their organisation. For them there are no policies to be followed for such employees but when they want to retain someone at their choice they ask to follow up the policies strictly. The HR are also the puppets of managers. They don't have their own decisions nor they do follow the policies. They just follow the orders of managers. Attration rate is high.

There is no growth no stability. Just hire and fire. I would definitely not recommend any of my friends to join NBH ever. Moreover,this company is not only just hiring and firing but also spoiling the career of many. They just want their work to be done. There is no fix out time. Overloaded with work. Incentives criteria pathetic.

Dislikes

Pathetic company. Salary deduction is too much. No employee satisfaction and security. Just hire and fire company. Bad and worse decision of my life that i took a chance to become employee. Most of them most of them just leav in 3 4 months. Targets r unrealistic. Package is good but deduction is equally worst. Highly dissatisfied.

Nothing to be liked no preference for personal they have calls & meets at 10PM also. And forcely asked to join.

Dislikes

Everything except work. Lots of politics & favourism. No job security they layoffed 60% employes in April 23 with no compensation and named it team optimisation.
