...aily and Monday is holiday that too with some meeting which you have to attend . And after every this when it come for salary credit, they will credit less than half of ur salary , when you ask Managment they will tell you forget to mark attendance. I was shocked that I forget to mark my own attendance for 15 days and they credited salary for only 15 days . It’s a trap guys , don’t fall with this one Job security is just zero

No proper Petrol allowance, still didn't get my salary telling like credited like that but Is management no proper training, Worst Work for a startups

Incentive is high... double the salary as incentive easy to convert customer Work pressure on month end only

I have worked in painting sales team Please give training to manager to convert sales leads 0 knowledge in sales and lead If manager need to work in marketing field painting department manager will be the first person to fire by the organisation

Getting salary without any delay, getting good incentives, good food

Dislikes

Getting basic salary with lots of deductions in Servicing role, penalties and LOP for silly reasons, lots of work pressure, unprofessional Managers, you will feel frustrated to work, there will be no work life balance only work work work from morning to night that too no extra pay for over time, lots of politics, favouritism, no leaves, your manager will behave like your maid, nothing is there to like you will feel you are in hell

I like the big word and false commitment for the employee.

...ructure every month as per there requirement. so no will be paid the incentive. there is no fixed salary they always try to deduct salary. please don't join this company your career will be finish.
