No proper Petrol allowance, still didn't get my salary telling like credited like that but Is management no proper training, Worst Work for a startups

Getting salary without any delay, getting good incentives, good food

Dislikes

Getting basic salary with lots of deductions in Servicing role, penalties and LOP for silly reasons, lots of work pressure, unprofessional Managers, you will feel frustrated to work, there will be no work life balance only work work work from morning to night that too no extra pay for over time, lots of politics, favouritism, no leaves, your manager will behave like your maid, nothing is there to like you will feel you are in hell

Nothing is there to like except mid-day meal.

...tortured by manager on daily targets. Everyday login hours is more than 12 hrs. I didn't get my basic salary as well. Talk Time is like more than 5 yrs. Very worst experience in this nobroker company.

1. You get very good colleagues who are very supportive throughout your learning curve. 2. On-time salaries and incentives. 3. You get unlimited free food and snacks.

1. To get salary you need to complete an unachievable talk time. 2. Your day in the office depends on the manager's mood. 3. Fake commitments regarding salary when you join.

The comfort zone I got from this company that is insane

I worked 10 months & I got termination I didn't get my 40 days salary of last 1 & half month I didn't get incentives of around 15k, suddenly I got removed for no reason, I raised a complaints against company but HR bala is not responding to the call.
