The upper management is very bad, so much office politics. The salary and perks are very bad compared to market standards. The employees are treated very badly.

There a re ample opportunities to learn of one is interesting. You can directly reach to higher management though handling them requires some effort.

The pay structure and benifits can be improved specialy when they call themselves proptech unicorn.

Salary on time. Learning. Team is good and supportive.

Lack of work life balance. No overtime. Less Compensation. Lots of pressure. Senior attitude and language not good. Treating as bad as possible. No increment on time. Less growth of pay package. Assigning responsibilities without designation and pay, for a long time. In wfh, they have taken us for granted.

During onboarding company have told, they will provide 1 month salary of doing rely off,, I got removed from the system without even 1 Day notice period, and no salary provided as they promised during onboarding

The authority stands at the first to deduct an amount of salary without any reason and if asked for it then they would ignore by stretching the days. Work from home nor leave even for a single day was not allowed if the person is suffering from some health issues So the environment in nobroker is highly toxic where no one can stay and work there permanently with a peaceful mindset.
