I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

...eir religion or nayive . There is no relaxing time even at the time of lunch . Company policies are biased and all they want to harass the new candidate and try to cut the salary whenever possible

The owner of noble plus mihir sir was very good, but pepole working around him are very toxic for new employes .

They choosing the people as per recommendations and casts, they didn't have any kind of respect for there workers, experience for me is terrible, if any fresher want to go there plzz dont go.......

Working in team is good, no dominating nature of manager, good guidance of manager

Working hours is 10.30 hours,there are only 4 week off and no any more paid leaves, no extra activities, sometimes I have to work for 12 hours with pressure
