Because of you are working at noble hospital and OPD from all specialties are free, you have to wait for your tern as you are an employee of this hospital, for some specific consultants they don't treat you different, and don't differentiate for treatment Some specific and non eligible employee are working here with just b'coz of their experience and get higher post without eligibility.

...cedures. M. Biased behavior of seniors. N. Good at creating team conflicts. O. Deceiving salary structure. P. Overall a terrible team to work with. Don't even try getting into this organization. It's better to be jobless than to be working for irrational and unethical system.

No increment. Work pressure. No substitute for any emergency. HOD is aggressive and didn't accept any team member decision even he is recently joined. Never approved leaves and holidays on portal even he gave permission verbally. The work balance and environment is totally deteriorated because of new HOD and he always in hangover of drinking and smoking

Everything to dislike worst Nursing department fullof caste creed discrimination & politics. HR department biased to Nursing department and cannot solve any of your problems only can find out your minutes mistakes.. Just for name sake it is JCI & NABH accredited Zero percent quality care to the patients..

Duty schedule which is followed before corona time

My department and all the higher authority in my dept ie, pediatric is excellent. Some time staffs may experience some pressure from higher authorities. I dnt have any bad experience during my stays.. Not the same for other staff only it's my opinion.
