Compare to few start up companies and mid scale companies, the benefits like food and phone reimbursement are good. Team outings and seasonal tournaments IN senior are very polite and understanding.

...ng DK seniors and IN senior in-between engineer /designer will get sandwiched. *Director himself get involve in salary negotiation and try to low ball needy people and make them join in a very less salary. (IN my experience don't join if you have already worked in some good MNC before or had a good skill set. Join only if you are working in small start up like company)

Politics like never seen anywhere before If you sound logical and right, you can’t raise your opinion to seniors Be ready to be disappointed, disrespected and treated badly There’s no job security, no career growth Once you have a problem with higher management be ready to be terminated and you will see how low they can actually stoop being an MNC.

NNE India is department director dependent, if director plays politics it is ok for management. If director is good that is also ok for management. It means that management is blind. they do not wanted to see the things

The management works like a dictator. The people in management are incompetent and there is a lot of dirty politics. You can be fired on any day if you speak against the management decisions. There is no freedom of opinion and complete lack of work-life balance. If you consider yourself competent and ambitious then please DO NOT JOIN this company. This is more like a family run organization filled with ego maniac leader.

Extremely political and non gracious management. Seeking favours from employees and exploiting them. It cannot be an international organisation, it’s a shame for a Scandinavian organisation to behave like this.
