NM IT skill competency, most of the resources into API Management and iPaaS platforms, Learning is good with this, only thing is the timings are not static, it's based on the client, but if we want to learn more into integration space we love it.

Dislikes

Technology is stack is good but when there is no project allocated we should be part of training other resources.

We can learn multiple Integration technologies and work wise it's having good amount of experience in all topics

Dislikes

These guys will put into multiple skills and if we couldn't cop-up with the things we may feel heavy in learning or working on project tasks
