I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Great work life balance… Great projects Long term future

It’s yet to overcome from the old legacy style of working… New approaches to any work is still not appreciated… Have great opportunities for improvement in many areas but still long way to go…
