RESIGNATION IN NMC SHAHAMA BRANCH COULD BE A NIGHTMARE FOR A MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST. CANCELLATION AND END OF SERVICE WILL TAKE NOT LESS THAN 40 DAYS MAXIMUM 2 MONTHS. PENDING BILLS WILL BE CANCULATED WITHIN A YEAR AND THEY WILL LET YOU PAY THOSE BILLS. SUPPOSED TO BE A JOB OF ACCOUNTS DEPT. TO CALCULATE PENDING BILLS EVERY END OF THE MONTH TO SETTLE BY CONCERNED STAFF. UNFORTUNATELY, ONE YEAR CALCULATION WILL END YOU TO PAY THOUSANDS AS PART OF THE CLEARANCE.

I didnt like anything good here. Especially the worst character of kirti khandelwal finance manager in nmc rwh. I really wonder how worst someone can be. Very impolite no sense of talking to anyone. Not respecting anyone. Such a b****h would never recommend anyone to join in finance team.

Working with NMC means a good job security and if you are close, favorite, or relative with top management of DIP NMC then will get all benefits.

Dislikes

No chance of getting a employee development programme, actually earlier was training & development division but later on they sacked the trainer, and also increment specially in DIP branch is only twice a year not annually and You can say it was fixed whatsover how hard working you are. And promotion just a dream, only few are eligible for that.
