I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Likes

Salaries were comparitively better , turkish management was professional but overall controll was with other people and job was at risk all the time.

Dislikes

Lengthy HR processes for leave , communication was a problem because most of the head office staff was not good in english. Forcing people to work on remote site while they were hired for main cities.

NKY is ready to adopt advance technical skills, Client influence to accomplish the project with in budget & allotment of capital.

Dislikes

Contractor behavior is not as professional i,e, site team is not competent and not capable to meet the task.
