Nothing, but good for Data Entry Operators.

Salary gets delayed for 2 months and some times 3 months. Even a person earning Rs. 60,000 also works here just like a person earning Rs. 20,000 does. There is no salary hike. Even the contractors do not get paid on time. Whosoever knows it all, He also works as a data entry operator. Here, only two things we Used Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V that's it. There has no system. General Manager happens or doesn't happen is the same. Leave till Director approves 🫢🤦

NKG as a Brand Company is good but. Overall co.is good but people are not so value proposition and also community base culture.

There is nothing much to like, I just liked the account of the holiday.

NKG's management is very poor, the staff doesn't get salary for 3 months, there is no fixed date for salary, they can give it anytime like Lala ji's shop, the food provided by the company is of very poor quality, there is no fixed duty timing, people are fired without even issuing a notice.....

Nothing except rosy pictures you are shown at the time of interview and joining.

Nothing. One month salary is kept as security ie you are paid month's salary on 67th day. No fixed working hours or work profile. You are supposed to perform office boys as well as that of an engineer. Never ever seen so poor work culture.
