Dislikes

The Leader based out of Hyderabad was terrible. He had zero knowledge about real estate about Hyderabad, And he was only interested with Working with girls ,Always used to give bad feedback to the HO about guys working in the organisation , I know there is no point of putting these words here . As there will be no action taken against him, A female staff had complained about Him ,But no action taken against him.

1) Work Life Balance 2) Excellent Work tools & digitally sound work flow like CRM uses etc. 3) Fare opportunity provided by the organization to everyone! 4) Feedback is always welcome from employees. 5) Lots of recreational ventures are coming up from last couple of years,Ex- Annual Picnic,Quarterly Sports day etc.

1)From last couple of years office politics are increasing in some department, 2)Company failed to save & retain their old employees (More than 5 yrs) moving away to different organization for better growth & remuneration, 3)Sometimes wrong man power recruitment happened for a particular post with higher package who don't deserve that, 4)Company prefer to recruit new employee from market for any particular higher post instead of provide opportunity to old employees.

Dislikes

As per company policy we have leave. But we can't take it. If you want a single day of leave your manager behave like you want his kidney and liver. You can't take leave. And after year end you can't in cash. As per policy we have half day. But we can't take it. Very bad KPI system. And more many things.

Give opportunity to all employee to work freely and the support from HOD in terms is good

Dislikes

...rove more in IT department in terms of response back of any difficulty and mail. Also need to upgrade the salary structure of 10 year old employee to make him satisfy to serve. Also need to incorporate pension for the retire employee.

1. Blindly follow the system. 2. Management and HOD's are very manipulative. 3. Poor work culture 4. Politics 5. Owner of this company is only think about own growth and Money. Don't even bother about employees, front liner. 6. RUBUL HATIBARUA is there. Who is the ultimate discussion maker, even owner of this company also blindly obey this person. Be aware from RUBUL HATIBARUA. He is not a good person, main culp**t of this organisation. 7. Very poor salary structure. Those who joined earlier they are getting low salary than those who joined recently but in a same designatio. 8. Poor pre sales. Poor lead generation. 9. No holidays for front liner except week off. Only holidays are applicable for back office. 10. Complimentary off scheme is there but managers don't allow to take those leaves. 11. Base line is very muddy.
