Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and friend atmosphere, and I actually enjoyed going to work each morning. I felt that the leadership team was great too. They knew all their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and some time late into the night.

I would like to say about job security that it was good for me and i hope it will be good for others too and work culture was good too. Management was little bit poor and company policy was good but it does not followed properly by company at site.

Poor management, delay salary, less cooperation, etc.
