poor work life balance toxic work culture no support from seniors no support from external members like IT or HR lot of politics contact persons changing everytime you reach out with your problem there is no timely appraisals provided nor timely full and final settlements provided there is unnecessary delays in everything maybe because they don't have a good and fixed team or vice versa (because of these reasons only they don't have a good and fixed team) please don't waste your precious years of your career by joining this company.

Nividous Software Solutions is the one of the best MNC in India to work. The work culture is good and it offers flexible working hours to it's employee's. The higher level management is very friendly and cooperates and supports new Employees. Company policies are good. The company conducts events and seminars for employees for betterment besides work. The Company is growing rapidly and will reach in Indias top 10 MNC's soon.
